Founder & President
Dr. Marshed Bin Shaheen Al Kuwari
A career in public prosecution and regulatory service, carried into a practice built on professional discipline and hands-on experience.
Holder of two doctorates — in commercial law and in international law. He graduated from Dubai Police Academy in 1998 and began his career in the Public Prosecution as a deputy public prosecutor.
He held a number of positions within the Public Prosecution, serving as Head of the South Prosecution, before moving to the General Authority of Customs as Director of Legal Affairs, where he established its legal affairs department. He also served as a director within Internal Audit and led the maritime and land customs administration.
Administrative & Executive Director
Dr. Ahmed Shehata
A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Cairo University (2007), and a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since that year.
He holds a master's degree in public law from the Faculty of Law, Alexandria University, awarded with distinction, and a doctorate in administrative law from the same faculty.
